NORTH SCOTTSDALE SOUTHWEST

This home is a Spanish Colonial design with a contemporary flair. Theses particular clients chose Organic Design Workshop because of the full attention to a project from start to finish. They place a high value on thinking outside the box, as well as the personalized attention they have received.

ODW designed the house to take full advantage of the views surrounding the site. The interior is rich with a series of arches which allow an even distribution of natural diffused daylight from the windows and clearstory openings, in the indoor spaces.

The south facing roof has solar panels and the house is certified under the Scottsdale Green Building program.
