The Governance Center Needs Assessment and Master Plan, and Natural Resources Facility, are two separate but related projects for the Gila River Indian Community in Sacaton, Arizona. The master plan was an overlay of issues pertaining to a desert setting with views to the surrounding mountain features, cultural and social implications, and the importance of agriculture and water management to the community.
